Our gaskets are available in a variety of shapes like diamond, hexagonal, notched, octagonal, oval, rectangular, square, C and D-shaped. We also offer a wide selection of seals, including bulb, cup, diaphragm, edge-grip, hole, O-ring, pneumatic/piston, spring, and X-seals. Materials we work with include HNBR, FKM, ABS, Bakelite®, Buna-N, EPDM, Hytrel®, PTFE, silicone, stainless steel, and aluminum. Our gaskets and seals come in an array of colors including black, gray, white, brown, metallic, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple.
We can customize products to meet specific performance characteristics like electrical insulating, flame retardant, heat dissipating, EMI and RFI shielding, as well as resistance to abrasion, corrosion, oil, steam, and water. Our secondary services include assembly, CNC machining, compression molding, engraving, hydraulic packing, inventory management, packaging, reverse and gasket engineering. Prototype, low to high volume production and blanket orders are supported. Lead times are quoted on a job by job basis.
